Felicia K. Chen, O.D.

Felicia Chen, O.D. ​​​​​​​graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a minor in Psychology. She continued her education at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate in Optometry in 2004.

Dr. Chen has been a clinical investigator for the Multi-Ethnic Pediatric Eye Disease Study at the Doheny Eye Institute, the University of Southern California contributing to multiple journal publications. She is a therapeutic optometrist with glaucoma certification and is trained in the treatment and management of eye diseases. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian and Spanish.​​​​​​​

Dr. Chen is married to her college sweetheart Richard. She enjoys the hard work of balancing patient care while raising their three young children. She actively volunteers for her children’s school and Girls Scouts. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, watching NBA and cooking with her kids.
